两种不同的方法治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的探讨两种不同的方法治疗顽固性心衰(RHF)的临床效果。方法将2008年1月～2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的顽固性心衰患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予硝酸甘油联合多巴胺治疗,观察组给予硝普钠、多巴胺以及多巴酚丁胺联合治疗。结果治疗后观察组患者在LVED、LVEF及HTR改善方面明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.67%,对照组为76.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论硝普钠、多巴胺以及多巴酚丁胺联合治疗顽固性心衰效果更好,值得应用。

Observation of Effect on Two Different Methods in the Treatment for Refractory Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the effect of two different methods in the treatment for refractory heart failure. Methods 60 cases with refractory heart failure in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was treated by nitroglycerin combined with dopamine,while the observation group was treated by sodium nitroprus siate combined with dopamine and dobutamine. Results LVED,LVEF and HTR in the observation group was superior to that in control group,and there was significant difference between the two group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 97.67% in observation group and 76.67% in control group,and there was significant difference between them (P <0.05). There was no obvious adverse effect in the two group. Conclusion The effect of sodium nitroprusside,dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment for refractory heart failure is superior to that of nitroglycerin combined with dopamine,which is worthy of wide application in clinic.
