| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关肺炎的临床疗效。方法将66例患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例静滴黄芪注射液加香丹注射液,口服四君子汤加味及西药治疗;对照组30例单用西药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率58.33%,高于对照组的36.67%;治疗组死亡率36.11%,低于对照组的63.33%(P均<0.05)。治疗组症状、体征改善情况优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关肺炎可提高临床疗效,降低死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) treated by Combined TCM and WM.Methods:66 patients with VAP were randomly divided into 2 groups.The conventional western medical therapy was similar in both groups.The treated group added Huanqi injection and Xiangdan injection for intravenous dripping,and modified Sijunzi decoction for taking.Results:The effective rate,the mortality rate in the treated group was 58.33%,36.11%,while in the controlled group was 36.67%,63.33%.The effective rate and the mortality rate in the treated group showed significant difference from those in the controlled group (P<0.05).The symptom inproved in the treated group was better than that in the controlled group.Conclusion:Combined TCM and WM treatment could elevate the therapeutic effect and reduce the morality rate in treating VAP. |
