应用无血培养基培养分离空肠弯曲菌的效果观察

用无血培养基与Skirrow氏含血培养基同时进行已知空肠弯曲菌的培养及鸡粪便标本中空肠弯曲菌的分离试验。结果,三株已知菌在两种培养基上生长的菌落数、菌落形态、菌体特征和生化特性基本一致;118份鸡粪便标本,用无血培养基分离阳性者为65例,用Skirrow氏含血培养基分离阳性者为63例,两者阳性符合率为85.5％。

The comparative study on blood-free medium and skirrow's blood-containing medium for the isolation of C.jejuni from chicken's stool samples and inoculation of C.jejuni reference strains were performed Experiments showed when the two sorts of media were taken to isolate C. jejuni from 118 chicken's stool samples, 65 cases in blood-free medium was positive and the corresponding value in the Skirrow's blood-containing medium was 63.The positve rate of conformation was 85.5%.when three reference strains of C.jejuni were inoculated at the same time on these media, there was no difference between the number and shape of colonies, the characteristics and the biochemistry of bacteria.
