| 摘 要： | 本文报道了46例类风湿性关节炎（RA）红细胞免疫功能的检测结果，并与30例健康体检者进行比较、RBCC3bRR和RBC-ICR均有非常显著差别（P＜0．01），进一步研究发现，治疗前后RBCC3bRR和RBC－ICR分别有显著差别（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；相对活动期与静止期比较，RBCC3bRR和RBC－ICR均有显著差别（P＜0．01），从而提示红细胞免疫功能的检测可望作为RA患者炎症程度、疗效估计，病情活动性观察参考指标之一。

| Abstract: | This article reports the change of red blood cell immune function in 46 cases with rheumatoid arthritis be fore and afret therapy,and the change in compariaon with 30 healthy persons. The means of RBC C3bRR and RRC-ICR among Patients and healthy persons were sygnificantly different (p<0. 01 ).During active and silent stages, the means of RBC Cb RR and RBC-ICR were also different (p<0. 01 ). in same patients. the means of RBC C bRR and RBC-ICR before and after therapy were different (p<0. 01,p<0. 05).The study indicates that the test of RBC immune function is expected to be a good clinical indication for the degree of inflammation,the assessment of therapeutic effect,and the activity oflesions in rheumatoid althritis. |
