摘    要:目的研究P53蛋白在血管免疫母细胞性淋巴结病(AIL)中的表达及DNA含量,探讨AIL的发生发展规律、病变性质。②方法应用免疫组化技术检测20例AIL病人的免疫表型及P53蛋白表达,并用图像分析技术测定DNA含量,同时选择非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)20例及淋巴结反应性增生病人10例作为对比研究。③结果AIL中P53蛋白阳性表达率为30%(6/20),与预后无关。DNA含量改变对于病人预后有显著影响(t=2.864,P<0.05)。P53蛋白表达、DNA含量在AIL与NHL间差异均有显著性(χ2=4.912,t=3.552,P<0.05)。AIL中P53蛋白阳性表达者DNA含量显著高于阴性表达者(t=2.226,P<0.05)。④结论P53蛋白表达及DNA含量变化均与AIL发生发展及恶性转化有关,AIL可能为不同原因、不同性质的疾病共有的临床症候群。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of P53 protein and DNA content in angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy(AIL) and discuss the nature and pathogenesis of AIL. Methods Immunogenotype and P53 protein expression were detected by immunohistochemistry technique, and DNA content was determined by image analysis in 20 cases of AIL. 10 cases of reactive lymphoproliferation and 20 cases of nonHodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) were studied as controls. Results The positive rate of P53 protein in AIL was 30%(6/20), which had no correlation with the prognosis of patients. DNA content was significantly associated with the prognosis of AIL patients(t=2.864, P<0.05). The positive expression of P53 protein and DNA content showed significant difference between AIL and NHL (2=4.912, t=3.552, P<0.05). DNA content in P53 protein positive cases were significantly higher than that of P53 protein negative cases(t=2.226, P<0.05). Conclusions P53 gene and DNA content were involved in the pathogenesis and malignant transformation of AIL. AIL may be a kind of clinical syndrome caused by different diseases.;
