| 摘 要： | 甲状腺癌发病率居头颈部恶性肿瘤之首，早期准确诊断具有重要意义。超声检查因其无创、准确和重复性好，已成为检测甲状腺疾病首选的方法之一。本文根据甲状腺癌不同的病理组织学分型而表现出的不同的声像图特点作～简要综述，并对甲状腺癌的超声诊断技术作出展望。

| Abstract: | The incidence of thyroid carcinoma has been in the first place of all head and neck malignant tumors. It has great significance to diagnose thyroid carcinoma accurately and early. Ultrasound examination has become one of the preferred methods for detecting thyroid diseases with its non-invasiveness, accuracy and good repeatability. This article reviews the different sonographic features of thyroid carcinoma according to its different histopathology types, and prospects the ultrasonic diagnostic techniques of thyroid carcinoma. |
