| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高敢液相色谱法测定小儿感冒宁糖浆中黄芩苷的含量。方法：用十八烷基硅烷键合相硅胶为填料；以甲醇-水-磷酸（50：50：0．28）作为流动相；检测波长为276nm。结果：黄芩苷在0．020928～0．20928ug范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．8％，RSD=1．7％。结论：该检测方法简便准确，可用于该制剂中黄芩苷的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the content of baicalin in Xiaoer Ganmaoning Syrup. Method： The product was analyzed by HPLC. Using C18 column, methanol - water- H3PO4 （50：50：0.28） as mobile phase and 264nm as detection wavelength. Result： The linear range of baiealin was 0. 0201-0. 201μg, the recovery of this method was 99.8% and the RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion： The method is convient, accurate and can be applied in quantitative determination of the preparation. |
