产后妇女月经复潮、排卵与婴儿喂养方式的调查分析

目的通过对1200例经阴道分娩的产妇产后月经复潮、排卵与喂养方式的调查,说明母乳喂养的优点。方法经阴道分娩产后6个月内采用不同喂养方式的产妇随机各选取400例共1200例进行问卷调查,记录婴儿喂养方式、月经复潮时间,采用B超监测卵巢排卵。结果观察期内产后6个月内月经复潮的产妇纯母乳喂养216例,占54%,混合喂养312例,占78%,人工喂养351例,占87.75%。在观察产后6个月内排卵的产妇,纯母乳喂养192例,占48%;混合喂养288例,占72%;人工喂养344例,占86%。结论纯母乳喂养可以推迟产后妇女月经复潮及排卵,调整生育间隔,达到自然避孕的结果,有益于母亲。

Analysis of the return of menses,ovulation and infant feeding patterns of puerperal women

Objective To investigate the return of menses,ovulation and infant feeding patterns of 1200 cases of puerpera who labored by vagina,so as to demonstrate the merit of breast feeding.Methods 1200 puerpera who labored by vagina within 6 months,were assigned into 3 groups randomly according to infant feeding patterns,each group had 400 puerpera.All puerpera were surveyed with questionnaire about infant feeding patterns and the time of the return of menses,and accepted ultrasound examination to monitor ovulation.Results Amongst puerpera who returned to menses within 6 months post partum,there were 216 cases using pure breast feeding pattern(54%),312 cases using mixed feeding pattern(78%)and 351 cases using artificial feeding pattern(87.75%).Amongst puerpera who first ovulated within 6 months post partum,there were 192 cases using pure breast feeding pattern(d 48%,288 cases using mixed feeding pattern(72%)and 344 cases using artificial feeding pattern(86%).Conclusions Pure breast feeding pattern can help puerpera to prolong the time of the return of menses and ovulation,to regulate their interval of gestation,so as to reach natural contraception.
