| 摘 要： | 本文从出国留学人员的年龄结构、留学目的地及回国后任职情况等方面,总结了医院开展公派出国留学的经验,分析了存在的问题,提出了选准目标、重点投入,建立出国留学人员研修考核制度,制定优秀留学回国人员创造有利条件等对策。

| Abstract: | The article summarized the experience of government-sponsored overseas study in the hospital from the aspects of age structure,study purpose,representation after return and so on.By analyzing the existing problems,the author proposed the solutions including selecting objectives,funding for key projects,establishing the evaluation mechanism and creating favorable conditions for the staff abroad. |
