尼莫地平注射液在脑出血急性期的治疗作用

目的：观察尼莫地平注射液在脑出血急性期的治疗作用。方法：对306例经头颅CT证实为脑出血的住院病人分为治疗组和对照组，对照组153例采用常规治疗方法，治疗组153例在常规治疗的基础上给予尼莫地平注射液静脉滴注。比较两组治疗半个月前后患者神经功能缺损程度评分、血肿量变化、水肿带面积、脑血流量。结果：①治疗组治疗前后的神经功能评分分别为（22．5±7．5）和（10．5±3．5）；对照组治疗前后的神经功能评分分别为（22．5±6．5）和（14．5±5．5）。治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组。②治疗组治疗前后的血肿量分别为（17．5±6．5）mL和（6．8±5．4）mL，对照组治疗前后的血肿量分别为（17．5±6．9）mL和（6．9±4．5）mL，两组无显著差异。③治疗组治疗前后水肿带减少面积分别为（1．5±1．2）cm2，对照组治疗前后水肿带减少面积分别为f0．9±0．6）cm2，治疗组明显好于对照组。结论：在脑出血的急性期给予尼莫地平治疗，可明显提高脑血流灌注、减轻脑水肿，改善神经功能状况，提高疗效，安全性高，值得临床推广。

The effects of nimodipine for treating acute cerebral hemorrhage

Objective： To observe the effects of nimodipine for treating acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 306 cases confirmed by brain CT of cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was treated on the basis of given nimodipine intravenous injection. The score of neurological deficits ,the volume of hematoma and edema, the clinical efficacy were compared. Results： ①The neurological score of the treatment group before and after treatmentwas （22.5 ± 7.5） and （10.5 ± 3.5）; so that was （22.5 ± 6.5） and （14.5 ± 5.5） in the control group. ①The hematoma volume ofthereatment group before and after was （17.5± 6,5） mL and （6.8 ± 5.4） mL, so thai was （17.5 ± 6.9） mL and （6.9± 4.5） mL, the two groups had no significant difference. ③Before and after treatment with a reduction of area were edema （1.5 ± 1.2） cm2, the control group before and after treatment with a reduction of area were edema （0.9±0.6） cm2, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. And the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.The effectiveness of the he treatment group was 94.8%, so that was 93.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.
