X线平片与CT检查在脊柱损伤诊断中的应用比较

目的:研究分析X线平片与CT在脊柱损伤诊断的应用价值,在临床资料中选取最优方式进行诊断治疗。材料与方法:针对我院2010年3月-2014年3月期间收治的80例脊柱损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,针对使用X线平片与CT检查,对比分析检查结果。结果:X线平片检查发现68例患者椎体骨折,占所有患者总数的85%;CT检查发现80例研究对象均患有椎体骨折,多椎体骨折34例,椎管狭窄46例。其中胸椎损伤患者36例,腰椎损伤患者20例,颈椎损伤患者18例,胸腰椎损伤患者6例。结论:X线平片与CT检查均为检查脊柱损伤的有效方法,CT检查敏感度较高,能够有效检查脊柱损伤范围和深度,具有较高诊断价值,相对优于X线平片。

Comparison of X-ray and CT Examination in the Diagnosis of Spinal Injury

Purpose： To study the X-ray analysis and CT damage diagnosis in the spine, the diagnosis and treatment of selecting the optimal way in clinical data. Materials and Methods： the clinical data of 80 cases of spinal injury patients in our hospital from 2010 March to 2014 March in our department were retrospectively analyzed, according to the use of X-ray plain film and CT examination, examination results contrast analysis. Results： the X-ray findings of 68 patients with vertebral fractures of all patients, 85% of the total; the CT findings of study was performed on 80 patients with vertebral fracture, vertebral fracture in 34 cases, spinal canalstenosis in 46 cases. Among the 36 patients with thoracic injury, lumbar spineinjury in 20 cases, cervical injury in 18 cases, 6 cases of thoracolumbar injury. Conclusion： X-ray and CT examination are effective methods for examination of spinal injury, CT sensitive, can effectively check the range and depth of spinal injury, with high diagnostic value, relatively better than X-ray plain film.
