2011-2013年浙江平阳县食品餐饮、公共场所从业人员皮肤病调查

目的：了解浙江平阳县食品餐饮和公共场所从业人员皮肤病发病率、分布情况、现存问题，为监控、管理、更好的预防皮肤病提供依据。方法统计2011-2013年浙江平阳县食品餐饮和公共场所从业人员皮肤病检查结果，对检查结果从从业人员的性别、年龄、工种、病种等方面进行描述性统计分析。结果共检测50035名从业人员，检出145例皮肤病阳性患者，阳性检出率为2．90‰。其中在不同工种、不同性别间无统计学差异，在不同年龄、不同场所疾病间均有统计学意义。结论我县食品餐饮和公共场所从业人员皮肤病患病率较高，皮肤疾病的调查是制定预防措施的重要依据，对防治皮肤病尤其是对阻止传染性皮肤病的传播有重要意义。

Investigation on skin diseases of employees working in restaurants and public in Pingyang from 2011 to 2013

Objective To investigate the incidence rate, distribution and the present problems of skin diseases of em-ployees working in restaurants and public in Pingyang, Zhejiang province, and provide evidences for monitoring, managing and preventing skin diseases.Methods The results of skin test on employees working in restaurants and public in Pingyang from 2011 to 2013 were collected and statistic analysis was done based on gender, age, job, disease and so on.Results There were 50035 employees tested in these 3 years.Among them, 145 employees were positive in skin diseases, and the positive rate was 2.9‰.There was no statistical significance for job and gender, while for age and different places there was statistical signifi-cance.Conclusion There is high prevalence of skin diseases for employees working in restaurants and public.The research on skin diseases provides important evidences for making preventive measures and it is of great significance to prevent skin diseases especially infectious skin diseases.Meanwhile, we should strengthen the construction of physical examination institution, improve the quality of inspection, and enhance propaganda and education.
