彩色多普勒在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨彩色多普勒在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:对66例下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)病例进行了常规超声和彩色多普勒超声的图像研究分析。结果:DVT在超声上可表现为内径增宽,腔内实质回声,按压静脉未形变,静脉瓣固定等,彩色多普勒可通过被栓腔内未有彩色血流而确诊DVT。同时,彩色多普勒可鉴别被栓静脉是完全性亦或不完全性阻塞,并可通过静脉栓子内及周围的备注显示来确定侧支形成和再通的情况。结论:多普勒联合常规超声为诊断DVT的首选方法。

Color Doppler and Ultrasonography for Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Abstract:Purpose: The lower extremity deep vein , thrombosis (DVT) was analyzed with uhrasonogram and color Doppler , and so that the value of the ultrasound was evaluated in the diagnosis of lower extremity DVT. Materials and Methods : Sity-six cases with 186 venous segments including iliac vein , femoral vein , popliteal vein and tibial vein were ex- amined by ultrasound. Results: The diameter of venous lumen, the echogenicity within the vein lumen and color folw were displayed on ultrasonogram and color Doppler mapping. The conventional uhrasound could display an echogenic structure with- in the lumen of the vein, the distension of the involved vein , and loss of normal venous compressibility when slight pressure was exerted on the skin overlying the vein , Of them, 7 lower extremity veins were full of thrombus, the color Doppler flow signals were not detected in venous lumen of the completely obstructing thrombus, , but the color flow signals around the ob- structed vein and within the partially obstructing thrombus could be visualized. The color Doppler flow signals were not detec- ted in venous lumen of the completely obstructing thrombus, but the color flow signals around the obstructed vein and within the partially obstructing thrombus could be visualized. The color Doppler and uhrasonogran could provided an effective tech- nique to determine lower extremity DVT , make it possible to differentiate rapidly between obstructing and nonobstructing thrombus. Conclusion: To determine the location of developing venous collaterals and recanalization.
