| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨孤立性肺结节的CT表现,提高CT对孤立性肺结节的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析资料较全并经病理证实的36例孤立性肺结节的CT检查资料。结果:周围型肺癌22例,结核球6例,球形肺炎2例,转移瘤2例,错构瘤1例,纤维瘤1例,肺囊肿1例。结论:CT扫描是孤立性肺结节诊断的主要方法,对大多数孤立性肺结节能做出较正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Purpose： To discuss the CT manifestations of isolated pulmonary nodules, and improve the CT for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of isolated pulmonary nodules. Materials and Methods： With complete data were retrospectively analyzed and confirmed by pathology of 36 cases of the CT examination data of isolated pulmonary nodules. Results： Peripheral lung cancer, 22 cases, 6 cases of tuberculoma, spherical pneumonia in 2 cases, metastatic tumor in 2 cases, hamartoma 1 case, fibroma in 1 case, pulmonary cyst 1 case. Conclusion： CT scan is isolation, the main methods for the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, for most isolated pulmonary nodules can make a correct diagnosis. |
