螺旋CT在诊断肺动脉栓塞中的应用价值

目的:探讨应用螺旋CT在诊断肺动脉栓塞(PE)中的临床价值。材料与方法:选取2013年9月至2014年8月我院收治的PE患者60例,分别应用SOMATOM Emotion6层螺旋CT机扫描检查和传统胸部X线片观察,并比较两者的诊断结果。结果:螺旋CT检查准确率高于普通X线片,且无漏诊,其图像上共显示2658支肺动脉,其中有868支肺动脉显示栓塞,约占总数的32.7%。结论:应用螺旋CT进行检查具有扫描速度快,图像清晰,空间分辨率高,避免漏诊等优点,值得临床推广使用。

Application Value of Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Pulmonary Embolism

Purpose： To investigate the application of spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism （PE） in the clinical value. Materials and Methods： In 60 PE patients in 2013 September to 2014 August were selected in our hospital patients, respectively, the application of SOMATOM Emotion6 layer spiral CT scan and conventional chest X-ray film observa- tion, diagnosis result and compare. Results： Spiral CT examination accuracy higher than ordinary X-rays, and no leakage examine, the images show a total of 2658 branches of pulmonary artery, which showed 868 of pulmonary embolism, accounting for about 32. 7% of the total. Conclusion： Application of spiral CT were examined with scanning speed, scanning time is short, clear image, high spatial resolution, to avoid misdiagnosis and other advantages, is worthy of clinical use.
