精神分裂症患者复发危险因素流行病学调查分析

目的：探讨影响精神分裂症复发的危险因素，为早期防治精神分裂症复发提供依据。方法采用队列研究的方法，将确诊的185例精神分裂症患者进行跟踪随访2年，收集可能影响复发的危险因素，采用单因素和多因素lo-gistic回归分析影响复发的危险因素。结果精神分裂症2年复发率为41．6％；多因素分析结果显示：偏执型（ OR＝5．501）、生活及就业压力过重（OR＝2．392）、有不良生活事件（OR＝3．452）、社会偏见歧视（OR＝3．532）、家庭支持差（OR＝4．035）、药物治疗依从性差（OR＝6．883）。结论偏执型、生活及就业压力过重、有不良生活事件、社会偏见歧视、家庭支持差、药物治疗依从性差是精神分裂症复发的独立危险因素，应针对这些因素制定干预措施。

Epidemiological survey and analysis on risk factors of relapse of schizophrenia patients

Objective To explore the risk factors of relapse of schizophrenia patients, and to provide basis for early pre-vention and intervention for schizophrenia.Methods With cohort study method, 185 cases of schizophrenia patients were fol-lowed up for two years, possible risk factors were collected in the process of following up, and we used single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analysis methods to screen risk factors.Results Relapse rate after two years of schizophrenia was 41.6%.Multiple factors analysis results showed that the risk factors included paranoid type （OR=5.501）, overbalance of life and employment pressure （OR=2.392）, harmful life events （OR=3.452）, social prejudice and discrimination （OR=3.532）, bad family support （OR=4.035） and bad compliance of medication （OR=6.883）.Conclusion These factors such as para-noid type, overbalance of life and employment pressure, harmful life events, social prejudice and discrimination, bad family sup-port and bad compliance of medication are independent risk factors of schizophrenia relapse.So we should formulate intervention measures to aim directly at these risk factors.
