| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同时机行连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年10月-2013年10月,按照不同时机应用CRRT对我院ICU病房28例SAP患者进行治疗的临床资料。结果采用早期CRRT治疗的患者较非早期CRRT治疗的疗效好,28 d生存率提高。结论早期行CRRT治疗SAP能明显改善患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of continuity renal replacement therapy （CRRT） on severe acute pan- ereatitis （SAP） in different timing. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 28 SAP patients who were treated with CRRT based on routine treatment from Oct. 2012 through Oct. 2013 in the ICU of our hospital Results There were better infection control and higher 28-day survival rate in the group treated with early CRRT than in the group treated with non-early CRRT. Conclusion Treatment with CRRT in early stage may improve the prognosis of SAP effectively. |
