| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同手术方式治疗子宫卵巢囊肿对女性内分泌及生理功能的影响。方法将我院2011年5月-2013年5月收治的100例子宫卵巢囊肿患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施传统腹卵巢囊肿剥除术,观察组实施腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术。观察两组患者的术后肠道恢复及妊娠情况,并进行比较。结果观察组患者术后肠功能恢复时间和下床活动时间,以及术后妊娠率方面均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论利用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗子宫卵巢囊肿,不影响女性的正常内分泌和生理功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the postoperative recovery of intestine and pregnancy after two kinds of operation treatment for pa- tients with uterine and ovarian cyst. Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine and ovarian cyst admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were enrolled in and were randomly divided into trial group and control group. The control group was treated by tra- ditional abdominal ovarian cyst resection and the trial group by laparoscopic oophorocystectomy. The postoperative recovery of intesti- nal function and pregnancy was observed and compared. Results The postoperative intestinal function recovery time and postopera- tive ambulation time and pregnancy rate of the trial group were better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are no affects on endocrine and physiological function of the female patients with uterine and ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopic oo- phorocystectomy. |
