照顾者反应对浙江省温岭市某医院肝硬化患者疾病应对方式的影响

目的：探讨照顾者反应对浙江省温岭市某医院肝硬化患者疾病应对方式的影响。方法：采用中文版医学应对方式问卷和中文版照顾者反应评估量表对326例肝硬化患者及其主要照顾者进行问卷调查，采用Pearson相关分析法和多元回归分析法探讨照顾者反应对肝硬化患者疾病应对方式的影响。结果：Pearson相关分析显示，肝硬化患者面对、屈服、回顾评分与照顾者反应中的健康问题、时间安排受打扰、经济问题、家庭支持缺乏等均为显著负相关（P＜0．05），与自尊显著正相关（P＜0．05）；屈服和回避评分与健康问题、时间安排受打扰、经济问题、家庭支持缺乏均显著正相关（P＜0．05），与自尊显著负相关（P＜0．05）。多元回归分析显示，家庭收入、肝硬化病程、疾病分期和照顾者反应均是肝硬化患者疾病应对方式的影响因素。结论：照顾者的支持对肝硬化患者选择积极的疾病应对方式具有重要的影响。

Effects of the Caregiver Reaction on the Coping Mode in Patients with Hepatocirrhosis in a Hospital in Wenling,Zhejiang

Objective：This paper designs to explore the effect of caregiver reaction on coping modes in patients with hepatocirrhosis.Meth-ods：326 patients with hepatocirrhosis and their caregiver were investigated by Chinese version medical coping questionnaire and Chinese version caregiver reaction assessment scale.Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to explore the effect of caregiver reaction on coping modes in patients with hepatocirrhosis.Results：Pearson correlation analysis shew that the score of face was significantly nega-tive correlated with health problems, disturbed time arrangements, economic problems and lack of family support （P〈0.05）, but significantly positive correlated with self-esteem（P〈0.05）.And the scores of yielding and avoidance were significantly positive correlated with health prob-lems, disturbed time arrangements, economic problems and lack of family support, but significantly negative correlated with self-esteem.Multi-ple linear regression analysis showed that family income, disease stage and caregiver reaction were the influence factors of coping modes in patients with hepatocirrhosis.Conclusion： The caregiver reaction may be an important influential factor of coping modes in patients with hepatocirrhosis.
