摘 要: | 目的 研究多亮氨酸重复区免疫球蛋白样蛋白1(LRIGl)及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在子宫颈腺癌中的表达,并探讨LRIG1与预后的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测子宫颈腺癌47例、子宫颈腺上皮内瘤变(CGIN) 24例和正常子宫颈组织60例中LRIG1及EGFR的表达情况,并对二者相关性进行分析.结果 LRIG1蛋白在子宫颈腺癌组织、CGIN、正常子宫颈组织的阳性表达率分别为21.28 %(10/47)、29.17%(7/24)和83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR蛋白在子宫颈腺癌组织、CGIN、正常子宫颈组织的阳性表达率分别为82.98%(39/47)、45.83%(11/24)、5.00%(3/60).不同年龄分层患者LRIG1的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同组织学分级、淋巴结转移及临床分期分层间,LRIG1的阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05).LRIG1蛋白阳性表达患者生存率高于阴性表达者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 LRIG1可能作为子宫颈腺癌的预后因素之一,对子宫颈腺癌的临床转归具有一定预测意义,其机制可能与抑制EGFR的信号转导有关.

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic significance of leucine-rich and immunoglobulin-like domains 1 (LRIG1) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in cervical adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression levels of LRIG1 and EGFR were assayed by immunohistochemistry in 47 cervical adenocarcinoma,24 cervical glandular intraepithelial neoplasia (CGIN) and 60 normal cervical tissues.Results The expression rates of LRIG1 in cervical adenocarcinoma,CGIN and normal cervical tissues were 21.28 % (10/47),29.17 % (7/24) and 83.33 % (50/60),respectively,the expression of EGFR in cervical adenocarcinoma,CGIN and normal cervical tissues were 82.98 % (39/47),45.83 % (11/24),5.00 % (3/60),respectively.The expression of LRIG1 was not correlated to age (P 〉 0.05).However,it was correlated to histological grade,lymphatic nodes metastasis and clinical stages (all P 〈 0.05).The survival rate of positive LRIG1 patients was higher than that of negative LRIG1 patients (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions LRIG1 may play an important role in predicting clinical outcomes of cervical adenocarcinoma,and its mechanism may be related to inhibiting EGFR signal transduction. |
