| 摘 要： | 检测３２例肺性脑病血液流变学指标，根据临床分型进行比较，结果发现轻型、中等型、重型之间血液粘滞性、红细胞聚集性及血液凝固性指标改善差异显著，病情程度与血液流变学改善程度呈正相关。随着病情好转，血液流变学指标明显改善，提示血液流变学改善对肺性脑病病情和予后判断具有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | The hemofheology indexes of 32 pulmonary encephalopathy patients were examined. According to the clinical, type, the results were compared, and it was found that there was a significant difference among mild, moderate and severe cases about blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation and blood coagulability and a positive relationship between the severity and the hemorheology indexes. While the patients being recovered gradually. the hemorheology indexes will abviously improved. It is suggested that there is some referrent significance on the ingement of the prognosis of patients. |
