摘    要:目的:探究早期康复训练对脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法在常规治疗基础上,对照组于进入恢复期后行康复训练,观察组于病后1~3d内开展早期康复训练,观察对比两组临床疗效及神经功能评分。结果两组各训练1个月后,观察组临床总有效率为92.6%,明显高于对照组的67.6%;观察组治疗后的神经功能缺损评分为(12.9±4.2)分,明显低于对照组的(19.5±4.7)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者开展早期康复训练是促进神经功能恢复中重要治疗手段,可明显降低致残率,改善生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of neural function of stroke patients. Methods On the basis of routine treatment, the control group underwent rehabilitation training after entering the recovery period, while the observation group carried out early rehabilitation training within 1~3d after the onset. The clinical efficacy and nerve function score of two groups were observed and compared. Results After 1 month of training, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.6%, significantly higher than 67.6%of the control group;the neurological deficit score of the observation group was (12.9±4.2) points, significantly lower than the control group's (19.5±4.7)points, with statistical significance between the two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion For stroke patients, early rehabilitation training is an important treatment for promoting the recov-ery of neurological function, which can significantly reduce the rate of disability and improve the quality of life.
