可追溯管理在护理质量控制中的应用及效果评价

目的：探讨可追溯管理方法在护理质量控制中的应用及效果。方法将该院2010年6月-2012年7月在护理质量控制中实施可追溯管理方法作为观察组，选取2009年5月-2010年5月该科实施常规管理作为对照组，比较两组的护理质量、护士主动上报杜绝不良事件率和服务满意度评价情况。结果观察组的特一级护理、基础护理、病区管理和急救物品管理的护理质量评价均优于对照组，结果有统计学意义（P＜0.05），对照组护士主动上报杜绝不良事件率为0.009%，观察组护士主动上报杜绝不良事件率为0.030%，结果有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组满意度为96.0%，对照组满意度为90.0%，结果有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论可追溯管理可提高了护理质量，促进护理质量的持续改进。

Application and Effect Evaluation of Traceability Management in Nursing Quality Control

Objective To explore the application and effect of traceability management method in nursing quality control. Methods The group treated by given nursing quality control with traceability management method in our department from June, 2010 to July, 2012 was selected as the observation group, the group treated with conventional management in our department from May, 2009 to May, 2010 was selected as the control group. The nursing quality, the rate of nurses actively reporting for eliminating adverse events and evaluation of service satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality evaluation of special grade one nursing, basic nursing, ward management and emergency materials management in observation group were better than those in control group, the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The rate of nurses actively reporting for eliminating adverse events in control group was 0.009%, while that was 0.030%in observation group, the result was statistical significance （P〈0.05）;the satis-faction in observation group was 96.0%, while that was 90.0% in control group, the result was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traceability management can improve the quality of nursing, promote the continuous improvement of quality of nursing.
