小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血38例疗效观察

目的探讨小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取在该院接受小骨窗开颅手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者38例作为研究对象,并随机选取同时期接受大骨瓣开颅手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者38例作为对照组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果患者出血量为30～80mL时,小骨窗开颅手术的临床效果优于大骨瓣开颅手术（P〈0．05）;当出血量〉80mL时,两种手术的临床效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对出血量较少的高血压脑出缸患者（30．80mL）,临床上可优先选择小骨窗开颅手术治疗。

Observation on the Effect of 38 Cases of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Treated by Small-skull-window Operation

Objective To study the effect of small-skull-window operation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 38 cases of patients with hypertensive cencbral hemorrhage underwent small-skull-window operation in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and other 38 cases treated with skull-petal operation were selected randomly as the control group. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of small-skull-window operation is better than that of skull-petal operation as the hemorrhage quantity is from 30ml to 80ml （P〈0.05）, but there is no significant difference be- tween two groups as the hemorrhage quantity is surpass 80ml （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The small-skull-window operation is suitable for the patients with little hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage （30-80ml）.
