脑出血采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的临床疗效观察

目的：分析研究脑出血采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的临床效果。方法按照随机数字法选取该院收治的82例脑出血患者，均分为两组，分别给予患者采用内科保守治疗以及微创颅内血肿清除术治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者显效率为60.9%，观察组患者显效率为39.0%，观察组显效率明显优于对照组,P〈0.05比较差异有统计学意义。观察组预后良好33例（80.5%），对照组患者预后良好26例（63.4%）两组患者的预后效果有明显差异，P〈0.05差异有统计学意义。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血，创伤小，操作方便，预后效果显著，值得应用推广到临床治疗中。

Observation on the Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy of Minimally Invasive E-vacuation of Intracranial Hematoma in the Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods According to the random number method, 82 cases of cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were divided into two groups, and they were given conservative treatment of the Department of Internal Medicine and minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma, respectively. The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The markedly effective rate was 60.9% in the control group, and 39.0% in the observation group, the observation group＆#39;s markedly effective rate was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. 33 cases （80.5%） in the observation group had good prognosis, 26 cases （63.4%） in the control group had good prognosis, the difference in prognosis between two groups of patients was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage has small trauma, is easy to operate with significant prognosis, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
