血液标本合格与否对检验结果的重要性及分析

目的分析临床医学检验血液标本对检验结果的重要意义，对比合格与不合格血液标本出现的原因，探讨正确采集检验血液标本的方法。方法对医院2011年10月-2012年10月期间检验科收到5487份血液标本进行分析对比。结果收到的5487份血液标本中，全血是1526份，占血液标本总数的27．81％；血清是2179份，占总数的39．71％；血浆是1782份．占总数的32．48％。其中合格标本5112份，占总数的93．17％；不合格标本375份，占总数的6．83％。在不合格标本中，溶血是89份，占23．73％；凝血是79份，占21．13％；抗凝剂使用错误22份，占5．88％；血液量存在误差165份，占43．93％；其它原因20份，占5．33％。结论正确采集临床血液标本是确保血液检验结果准确、真实的根本保证，也是为临床医生提供准确的、可靠的诊断依据，从而进一步提高医疗质量。

Analysis of the Importance of Blood Samples Which Are Qualified or Not on the Test Results

Objective To analyze the important significance of clinical laboratory blood samples on the test results, compare the reasons that qualified and unqualified blood specimens appearing and discuss the methods of correct collection of blood samples. Methods From October, 2011 to October, 2012, 5487 blood specimens that Clinical Laboratory of our hospital received were com- pared and analyzed. Results Of the 5487 blood samples, there were 1526 whole blood samples, accounting for 27.81%; 2179 serum samples, accounting for 39.71%; 1782 plasma samples, accounting for 32.48%. The qualified samples were 5112, account- ing for 93.17% of the total; unqualified ones were 375, accounting for 6.83%. Of the unqualified specimen, there were 89 hemoly- sis samples, accounting for 23.73%; 79 coagulation samples, accounting for 21.13%; 22 samples of misuse of anticoagulant, ac- counting for 5.88%; 165 samples of blood volume error, accounting for 43.93%; and 20 samples of other reasons, accounting for 5.33%. Conclusion Correct collection of blood samples can ensure accurate and true blood test results. It can also provide accu- rate and reliable diagnostic basis for clinicians, so as to further improve the quality of medical care.
