| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾康灵胶囊对大鼠肾病模型的治疗作用。方法：选取大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、肾康灵大剂量组、肾康灵小剂量组、桂附地黄丸组，除正常对照组外，各组均给予大鼠尾静脉一次性注射嘌呤霉素制造肾病模型，观察该药对肾病性蛋白尿、血浆尿素氮、肌酐以及肾脏病理学指标的影响。结果：该药能显著降低尿蛋白、血浆尿素氮及肌酐，提高血红蛋白，减轻肾脏病理损害，其作用优于桂附地黄丸组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：肾康灵胶囊对实验肾病大鼠有明显的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of Shengkangling Capsule(SC) on nephrotic syndrome (NS) of model rats.Mathods:Cats were selected and randomly divided into control group,model group,SC in large dosage group,SC in small dosage,Guifu Dihuang Wan group.Each except for the control group were injected puromycin amino nucleoside once only per coccygeal vein of rats.The effects of SC on nephrotic syndrome proteinuria,BUN,Cr and Nephratic pathlogy index were observed.Result:SC could significantly lower proteinuria,BUN and Cr,increase Hb and reduce the renal pathologic change.Conclusion:SC has an obvious effect on experimental rats with NS. |
