脂必消胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床及实验研究

目的：探讨化湿祛瘀法对高脂血症的治疗作用。方法：运用脂必消胶囊治疗高脂血症２００例（治疗组），并与绞股蓝总甙胶囊治疗１００例（对照组）对照；实验研究观察两药对高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂、过氧化脂质、血流变的影响。结果：治疗组降低血脂、改善血流变的疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），动物实验显示：该药可降低血脂、降低过氧化脂质、改善血流变，４个用药组与模型组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：化湿祛瘀法具有明显降低血脂、降低过氧化脂质、改善血流变的作用，据此可印证“因湿致瘀”是高脂血症发病的基本病理变化过程

Clinical and Experimental Study on hyperlipemia Treated by Zhi Bi Xiao Capsule

Object:To explore the effects of eliminating the wetness evil from the upper warmer and removing blood stasis on hyperlipemia.Method:200 cases were treated with Zhi Bi Xiao Capsule (ZBXC),it was established as treatment group and compared with control group treated with Jiao gulang Capsule.The effects of two drugs on blood lipid and blood flow of model rats were also studied.Result:The effects of lowering blood lipid and improving blood flow in treatment group were better than that in control group (P<0 01).Experiments showed, ZBXC could lower blood lipid and improve blood flow.The Difference was significant (P<0 01).Conclusion:The effectiveness of eliminating the wetness evil from upper warmer and removing blood stasis indicated that blood stasis coused by wetness evil was one of pathogenesis of hyperlipemia.
