CT诊断小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床价值研究

目的:探讨CT诊断小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床价值。方法:本课题产选取我院2018年6月—2019年5月时段内诊疗的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,共100例。分别行胸部X线、CT检查,评估患儿不同检查方式的准确率以及影像学特征。结果:胸部X线检查方式确诊率为89.00%,CT检查方式确诊率为97.00%,数据间比较有意义(P<0.05)。而这两种影像学检查结果显示,均可见肺组织内实质性病变,X线表现为间质浸润型,同时伴有肺纹理增多、增粗的现象,且病变边缘模糊,个别患儿则表现为腺泡型或混合型;但病变在CT上则表现为边缘模糊的不均匀性高密度影,在个别患儿则表现为肺不张和胸腔积液。结论:针对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,CT检查可显著提高诊断准确率,同时还可依据其影像学特征,为后续治疗提供依据。

Clinical value of CT in diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children

Objective To explore the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children.Methods 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae diagnosed and treated in our hospital during June 2018 to May 2019 were selected in this study.Chest X-ray and CT examination were performed to evaluate the accuracy and imaging characteristics of the examination methods.Results The accuracy rate of chest X-ray examination was 89.00%,and that of CT examination was 97.00%.In the imaging features,all the lung tissue parenchyma lesions could be seen,but the X-ray showed interstitial infiltration,accompanied by thickening and increasing lung texture,and blurred edges.CT findings were high density uneven shadow,while some children presented atelectasis and pleural effusion.Conclusion For children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,CT diagnosis can significantly improve the examination accuracy,but also can provide the basis for follow-up treatment according to the imaging characteristics.
