| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨X线影像学表现与颈椎病辨证分型的关系。方法:回顾性分析我院216例确诊为颈椎病的患者X线特征,比较不同辨证分型的X线表现,寻找两者的联系,提出对颈椎病辨证分型的诊断意义。结果:生理弧度改变和椎体边缘骨质增生与落枕型颈椎病密切相关,椎间孔或椎间隙变窄与眩晕型颈椎病密切相关。结论:X线检查结果可为落枕型和眩晕型颈椎病的诊断提供有价值的信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between X-ray imaging and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms of cervical spondylosis.Methods The X-ray characteristics of 216 cases diagnosed with cervical spondylosis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Changes of physiological radian and hyperosteogeny of the vertebral body’s edge are correlated with cervical spondylosis syndrome(P<0.05).Narrowing of intervertebral foramen or intervertebral space is correlated with vertiginous syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion X-ray signs provide valuable information for the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis and vertiginous syndrome type. |
