| 摘 要： | 骨巨细胞瘤（giant cell tumor of bone，GCT）和动脉瘤样骨囊肿（aneurysmalbone cyst，ABC）因为具有相似的表现而成为骨肿瘤诊断中较难鉴别的两类疾病；从二者的流行病学，临床特点和影像学，病理方面进行综合分析，可以得出鉴别要点，明确诊断；同时论述了诊断思维的整合性是骨肿瘤诊断的正确方法和途径。

| Abstract: | GCT and ABC are two fairly difficult ailments in the bone tumor diagnostic becase of both homoplastic appearance. From aggregate analysis of epidemiology, clinic feature and imageology, pathematology can arriving at appreciation highlight, identifying diagnosis; Meanwile discussing that the integration of diagnosis thought is a correct method and path on bone tumor diagnosis. |
