缺血性脑卒中急性期临床治疗观察

目的：探讨缺血性脑卒中急性期临床治疗。方法：选取2009年1月～2010年1月收治的符合入选标准的缺血性脑卒中急性期患者246例,随机分为综合治疗组126例,采取常规治疗加巴曲酶降纤抗凝治疗;常规治疗组120例,采用基础常规治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果：两组治疗3、5 d神经功能缺损评分并进行比较,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组治疗1个月后进行疗效判断,两组总有效率比较,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：治疗急性缺血性脑卒中时,联合应用巴曲酶降纤抗凝治疗,临床疗效确切、副作用小、无溶栓时间窗限制、应用方便,能够明显降低患者的病死率和致残率,促进患者的康复,改善患者的生活质量。

Ischemic stroke clinical treatment of acute observation

Objective： To study the acute phase of ischemic stroke clinical treatment.Methods：Selecte from January 2009 to January 2010 met the inclusion criteria were admitted with acute ischemic stroke patients with 246 patients were randomly divided into combined treatment group and 126 cases were for routine treatment of gabba music anticoagulant therapy fibrinolytic enzyme;conventional treatment 120 patients,with conventional treatment based on clinical efficacy.Results： The two groups 3,5 d neurological deficit score compared P0.05,had significant difference.The two groups after 1 month treatment efficacy judgments,the total effective rate of the two groups,P 0.05,significant difference.Conclusion： The treatment of acute ischemic stroke,the combination of batroxobin fibrinolytic anticoagulant therapy,the clinical curative effect,side effects,no thrombolytic time window constraints,and convenient,can significantly reduce mortality and morbidity in patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve patient quality of life.
