| 摘 要： | 近年研究发现胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ与肿瘤关系密切,是肿瘤细胞生长的刺激因子,与其Ⅰ型受体、Ⅱ型受体特异性结合,通过一系列信号转导,发挥多种生物学作用,参与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及新生血管的形成等。本文介绍胰岛至少样生长因子-Ⅱ的结构、功能以及促进肿瘤发生、发展和转移等方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Recent research shows Insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) has close retionship with malignant tumors,which is the stimulating factor for tumor growth educing its biological effects through a series of signal transduction by binding with its receptor,so it can participate the occurrence,development,metastasis and vasculogenensis of tumors.This article reviews progresses of IGF-Ⅱ in its structure,functions and other aspects especialy in promoting the genesis,development and metastasis of tumors and so on. |
