高压氧结合药物治疗突发性聋50例

目的 探讨高压氧结合药物治疗突发性聋的疗效.方法 从患者年龄、病程、言语频率听阈方面,比较50例(53耳)采用高压氧加常规药物治疗和44例(48耳)单纯采用常规药物治疗突发性聋的疗效.结果 高压氧组大于65岁和小于65岁患者,病程为7 d以下和7 d以上者言语频率听阈＜70 dB时疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01).言语频率听阚＞70 dB时高压氧组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 高压氧结合药物治疗突发性聋疗效优于单纯药物组,但对重度聋疗效不理想.

Hyperbaric oxygen combined with medicine for therapy of sudden sensorineural hearing loss in 50 patients

Objective To investigate the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygenation （HBO） with the combination of medicine on sudden sensorineural bearing loss（SSHL）. Methods The curative effects were compared by age,disease course and speech frequency audiometry between the treatment group including 50 cases （53 ears） of sudden deafness treated with hyperbaric oxygen in combination with medicinal and control group including 44 cases （48 ears） of sudden deafness treated with medicinal only. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. But when PTA 〉 70 dB, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen in combination with medicine is a safe and reliable treatment for sudden deafness, except for severe deafness. （ Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2008,8：309-310）
