白细胞介素-10和子宫内膜异位症的研究进展

摘    要:众多研究表明免疫系统分子机制的异常可能是异位内膜能够种植和生长的关键。白细胞介素10是重要的免疫调节细胞因子,参与子宫内膜异位症患者的体液免疫和细胞免疫,在子宫内膜异位症的发病过程中发挥重要作用。但白细胞介素10基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症遗传易感性的关系仍需进一步研究。

Abstract:Up to date, the exact etiological mechanism of endometriosis (EMs) is still unclear. However, many researches supported that the disturbance of molecular mechanism in immune system is one of the key mechanisms which underlie the implantation and proliferation of ectopic endometrium.IL 10, as an important cytokine for immune regulation, participates both in humoral immunity and cell mediated immunity of patients with EMs. But relationship between IL 10 gene polymorphisms and genetic susceptibility to endometriosis still needs more investigations.
