通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症136例

目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将267例冠心病合并高脂血症病人随机分为两组。治疗组136例口服通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次。对照组131例口服复方丹参片及脂必妥片。4周为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、血脂、血液流变学变化及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组在临床症状缓解、降低血总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG),升高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等指标方面均有统计学意义,在改善血液流变学指标方面治疗组明显优于对照组,且不良反应少。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并高脂血症具有较好的疗效。

Therapeutic Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on Coronary Heart Disease with Hyperlipidemia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods Two hundred and sixty-seven patients (pts) with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred and thirty-six pts in treatment group were treated with Tongxinluo Capsule for four weeks. One hundred and thirty one pts in control group were treated with Fufangdanshen pill and Zhibituo tablet for four weeks. The clinical symptom, lipoproteinemia, blood rheobogy and serious side effects were compared pre-and post-treatment. Results In the treated group, the total effective rate for clinical symptom, decrease of total cholesterol, triglyceride and increase of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was 94.1%. It was higher than that in control group (62.6%,P<0.05). The improvement of clinical symptom and rheology in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Tongxingluo Capsule was effective for coronary heart disease with hyberlipidemia.
