| 摘 要： | 目的观察升降散随症加味治疗麻疹合并肺炎的临床效果。方法将患者随机分为两组，对照组给予麻杏石甘汤随证加味，治疗组予以升降散随症加减。结果治疗组临床有效率高于对照组，其临床症状缓解及体征消失时间均优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论升降散加味治疗小儿麻疹合并肺炎有显著疗效，且能有效缩短病程。

Clinical Effect of Shengjiang Powder Treating Measles Complicated Pneumonia |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shengjiang powder treating measles complicated pneumo- nia. Method： Patients were divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The control group is given Maxingshigan Decoction according to syndrome differentiation. The treatment group is given Shengjiang powder according to syndrome differentiation. Result： Clinical effectiveness of treatment group was better than that of control group. Remission of clinical symptoms and recovery of signs and symptoms were better than those of con- trol group. Conclusion： Shengjiang powder treating pediatric measles complicated pneumonia has significant cu- rative effect and can effectively shorten duration of symptoms. |
