舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床观察

目的探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的有效治疗方法,以减少COPD急性发作。方法将32例COPD病人随机分为两组,实验组给予舒利迭50μg/250μg,每次1吸,每日2次治疗;对照组给予吸入异丙托溴铵50μg,每日2次,并按需使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,疗程为6个月,在试验前后分别测定肺功能,并比较开始试验前、后6个月两组COPD患者急性发作次数。结果在实验组FEV1、FEV1/FVC和FEV1/预计值较试验前均有显著提高(P均<0.01);开始试验后6个月较试验前6个月COPD急性发作次数减少(P<0.01)。对照组FEV1/FVC和FEV1/预计值与试验前的差异无显著性(P均>0.05);开始试验后6个月较试验前6个月COPD急性发作次数的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论舒利迭能够改善稳定期COPD患者的肺功能及急性发作次数。

Clinical efficacy of Seretide on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate an effective treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) to lessen the acute attack of COPD.Methods 32 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the experimental group were given Seretide 50μg/ 250μg inhalation,twice daily;and the control group received the inhalation of Ipratropine 50μg,twice per day,and the Salbutamol aerosol was used once in need,6 months for one treatment cycle.Before and after treatment,the pulmonary function was tested.The acute attack times at 6 months before and after treatment in the two groups were all calculated.Results In the experimental group,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1/predictive value were all increased,compared to those before treatment,there were statistically significant differences,P<0.01;a decreased acute attack times at 6 months after treatment were found,compared to 6 months before treatment,P<0.01.In the control group,FEV1/FVC and FEV1/predictive value were almost the same,compared to those before treatment,P>0.05;6 months after treatment,the acute attack times were almost the same as those 6 months before treatment,P>0.05.Conclusion Seretide can improve the pulmonary function of patients with COPD in stable period and lessen the acute attack times.
