动态喉镜检查的应用分析

摘    要:目的对于动态喉镜在嗓音疾病中的应用效果及分析。方法收集2015年10月至2017年10月期间我院收治的50例发音障碍患者。分别包括慢性喉炎,痉挛性发音障碍,癔症患者(功能性发音障碍为一组);声带囊肿、声带白斑,早期声带癌患者,声带手术后发音嘶哑(有器质性病变为另一组)为研究对象。上述患者均行电子喉镜及动态喉镜检查,对比两组患者检查与诊断符合率。结果电子喉镜声门区病变的诊断准确率为94.0 %,非声门区的病变诊断准确率为98.0 %,总计喉部病变的诊断准确率为96.0 %,电子喉镜诊断恶性病变的灵敏度为98.0 %,良性病变的灵敏度为98.0 %,良恶性病变的误诊率为2.0 %,诊断良恶性病变一致性98.0 %;动态喉镜声门区病变的诊断准确率为96.0 %,非声门区的病变诊断准确率为100.0 %,总计喉部病变的诊断准确率为98.0 %,动态喉镜诊断恶性病变的灵敏度为100.0 %,良性病变的灵敏度为100.0 %,良恶性病变的误诊率为0.0 %,诊断良恶性病变一致性100.0 %。动态喉镜在良恶性病变的误诊率低于电子喉镜,诊断喉部病变的准确率、良恶性病变的诊断率均高于电子喉镜,但差异无...

Abstract:Objective To study the effect and application of dynamic laryngoscopy in voice diseases.Methods Fifty patients with dysphagia were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017.Including patients with chronic laryngitis,spastic dysphonia,hysteria patients;vocal cord cysts,vocal cord leukoplakia,early vocal cord cancer patients;patients with vocal cord surgery after hoarseness as a research object.Respectively,electronic laryngoscopy and dynamic laryngoscopy,compared the two groups of patients with the diagnostic rate of diagnosis.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of glaucoma lesions in electronic laryngoscopy was 94.0%,and the accuracy of diagnosis of nonunion area was 98.0%.The diagnostic accuracy of total laryngeal lesions was 96.0%,and the sensitivity of electronic laryngoscopy in the diagnosis of malignant lesions 98.0%,the sensitivity of benign lesions was 98.0%,the misdiagnosis rate of benign and malignant lesions was 2.0%,the consistency of benign and malignant lesions was 98.0%,the diagnostic accuracy of dynamic laryngoscopic glaucoma lesions was 96.0%,the non-glottis The diagnostic accuracy of the lesion was 100.0%,the diagnostic accuracy of the total laryngeal lesions was 98.0%,the sensitivity of the dynamic laryngoscopy was 100.0%,the sensitivity of the benign lesion was 100.0%,the misdiagnosis rate of benign and malignant lesions was 0.0%,Diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions consistent 100.0%.The diagnostic accuracy of dynamic laryngoscopy in benign and malignant lesions was lower than that of electronic laryngoscopy,and the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant lesions was higher than that of electronic laryngoscopy,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions Dynamic laryngoscopy and electronic laryngoscopy have a high clinical effect in the diagnosis of voice diseases,and the effect of dynamic laryngoscopy is better.
