斑点金免疫渗滤试验同步检测抗斯氏狸殖吸虫IgM和IgG抗体的研究

摘    要:目的:寻求简便、快速、可靠的方法,用于斯氏狸殖吸虫病早期诊断及疗效考核.方法:建立检测抗斯氏狸殖吸虫抗体的斑点金免疫渗滤试验(DIGFA),并对48例患者在治疗前和治疗后血清中特异抗体水平的动态变化进行研究.结果:斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者经有效药物治疗后3月、6月、1年、1.5年连续采血,经DIGFA检测连续观察的结果表明,IgM抗体出现较早,阴转较为明显和迅速,治疗后3月的阴转率就达47.9%(23/48),1年的阴转率可达89.6%(43/48);而IgG抗体则出现较晚,阴转缓慢,治疗后1.5年的阴转率仅为18.8%(9/48).结论:DIGFA为检测抗斯氏狸殖吸虫抗体的有效方法,检测IgM抗体可用于早期诊断及疗效考核,IgG抗体的检测主要用于回忆性诊断,却不能用来判断治愈或诊断再感染.

Abstract:Objective: To develope a simple ,fast and reliable assay for diagnosis and evaluation of treatment on pagumogonimiasis skrjabini. Methods: Dot immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA) was used to detect the change of specific antibodies in sera taken from 48 pagumogonimiasis skrjabini patients before and after treated with effective drugs. Results: Specific antibodies analysis was carried out with sera of different patients, the sera from pagumogonimiasis skrjabini patients before and 3,6,12,18 months after treatment showed that antibody IgM appeared earlier than antibody IgG,and disappeared quickly from sera after treatment, which reached 47.9%(23/48) and 89.6%(43/48) 3 months and 1 year after treatment, respectively. However, the disappearance rates of antibody IgG only reached 18.8%(9/48) 1.5 year after treatment. Conclusion: Detection of antibody IgM by DIGFA can be an effective way for diagnosis and evaluation of treatment on pagumogonimiasis skrjabini.
