| Abstract: | In this article, we summarized our experience in cultivating doctoral students in our hospital and research institute through a retrospective analysis of the three dissertations which were awarded National Excellent Doctor's Theses since 1999. It was concluded that we must pay much attention to developing their innovative ability during doctoral education and strengthening the construction of discipline and teaching contingent so as to improve the quality of doctorate theses. |
