c—myc和p16在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 研究癌基因c-myc和抑癌基因p16在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化(S-P)法检测10例增生子宫内膜、22例子宫内膜不典型增生、42例子宫内膜癌中c-myc和p16基因表达,并分析其与子宫内膜癌发生、发展及预后的关系。结果 (1)c-myc在子宫内膜癌中的阳性率为26.19％(11/42),显著高于增生子宫内膜(均显阴性)及子宫内膜不典型增生(4.55％;P<0.05,P<0.05);c-myc在子宫内膜癌中的表达与组织学分级、临床分期显著相关(P<0.01,P<0.05),但与肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05,P>0.05)。(2)p16在子宫内膜癌的阳性率为69.05％(29/42),显著低于增生子宫内膜(100％,10/10)及子宫内膜不典型增生(90.91％,;P<0.05,P<0.05);p16的表达与组织学分级、肌层浸润深度、临床分期及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 癌基因c-myc和抑癌基因p16可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及转归中起着重要作用。

The expression and clinical significance of c-myc and p16 in endometrial carcinoma

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of oncogene c-myc and suppressor gene p!6 in endometrial carcinoma. Methods c-myc and p!6 expressions were examined by immunohistochemical technique(S-P method) in 10 cases of proliferative endometrium,22 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma. The relation was evaluated between positive rate and genesis, development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.Results (l)The positive-expression rate 26.19%(11/42) of c-myc in endometrial carcinoma was higher significantly than that in proliferative endometrium (0/10) and atypical hyperplasia (4.55% ; P < 0.05, P < 0.05). The expression of c-myc in endometrial carcinoma was associated with histologic grade and clinical stage( P < 0.01, P < 0.05 ) , but it was not associated with the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metas-tasis(P>0.05,P>0.05).(2)The positive expression rate 69.05% (29/42) of p16 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly lower than that in proliferative endometrium (100% , 10/10) and atypical hyperplasia (90.91% ; P < 0.05, P < 0.05) . The expression of p16 in endometrial carcinoma was associated with histologic grade, depdi of tumor invasion, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis( P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05, respectively) . Conclusion Oncogene c-myc and suppressor gene p16 may play an important role in genesis, development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
