摘    要:目的:探讨升温速率及烧结温度对部分烧结氧化铝块性能的影响,方法:精细微米α-氧化铝经250MPa冷等静压成型,分别在1400℃,1450℃及高,低两种升温速率下烧结,测试各种烧结条件下氧化铝块的力学性能,结果:微米氧化铝的各项性能都随着烧结温度及烧结速率的提高而有所增加,其强度,韧性和硬度分别为41-160MPa,0.58-2.1MPam^1/2,1.81-2.15GPa,而线收缩和密度却没有太大增加,结论:在高速率升温分别至1400℃,1450℃和低速率升温至1450℃烧结的氧化铝块,均能满足CAD/CAM加工要求,以高速率升温至1400℃烧结的氧化铝块实用性最好。

Abstract:AIM To study the effects of sintering temperature an d calefactive velocity on the partially sintered alumina. METHODS Sintered aluminan ox ide (SAO) was prepared by fine micron-sized aluminum oxide powder, compacted via 250 MPa isostastic pressure and then sintered at 1400℃ and 1450℃ respectively, as well as different kinds of calefactive velocity. Their mechanical properties were tes ted. RESULTS Three-point bending strength, fracture toughn ess and Vicker's hardne ss of partially sintered alumina block were 41~160 MPa, 0.58~2.1 MPam1/2, 1.81~2.15 GPa respectively. CONCLUSION Partially sintered alumin a block the developed in this way may be used to mill for CAD/CAM and fabricate the shrinkage-free al l ceramic crown.
