| 摘 要： | 目的:研究TIG2(Tazarotene induced gene-2)在原发性肝癌中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化和原位杂交的方法检测正常肝组织、病毒性肝炎组织、肝硬化组织原发性肝癌组织细胞中TIG2的表达变化。结果:正常肝组织、病毒性肝炎组织、肝硬化组织中TIG2蛋白和mRNA呈高表达,而肝癌组织中低表达或沉默。结论:TIG2可能参与肝癌的发生和发展,可能是一种新的肝癌肿瘤抑制基因。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study TIG2（Tazarotene induced gene-2）expression in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and its significance.Methods：Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization method to detect the normal liver tissue,Viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis in hepatocellular carcinoma cells expression of TIG2.Results：In normal liver tissues,Viral hepatitis,cirrhosis of the liver tissue TIG2 protein and mRNA was highly expressed in the liver tissue with low expression or silencing.Conclusion：TIG2 may be involved in the occurrence and development of liver cancer,liver cancer may be a new tumor suppressor gene. |
