微机在检验科管理中的初步应用

应用计算机管理检验科数据，可使我们处理检验科的临床检验结果数据以各种用于统计和管理的数据报表变得简单、准确、方便、迅速。检验科数据管理系统是我院住院病人管理信息系统的一个子系统，其主要作用见于以下几方面：（１）可及时将检验结果通过计算机网络送往中心服务器。各临床病室可以从中心服务器数据库中调阅所需查寻的化验结果。（２）可及时将病人的化验费用通过计算机网络准确无误的送往住院计价处，避免人工计价带来的误差和漏费。（３）便于查寻检验结果。（４）可生成检验科的各种收入、工作量统计和管理报表１０余种。检验科数据的计算机化管理将会是医院现代化管理中的一个组成部分，因此应受到医院和检验科管理者和临床检验工作者的重视，所以应加强这方面的培训和学习。

The usc of Computcr for the Management Clinical of Laboratory Assay Data

he application of computerlized management in clinical lab makes it simple, accurate,convenientand rapid to deal with clinical assay data and all kinds of data reports and forms for statistics or man-agement. Data management system for clinicol lab(DMSCL) is a sub-system of inpatients informationmanagement system in our hospital. Its main figures list as follows:(1) Assay results can be sent to cen-tral service through network on time, and can be used by other clinical departments to look up in thecentral database.(2) Through network, patient's assay fee can be sent to admission department on timewithout any errors, which may be made by manual accourting.(3) It is convenient to search assay re-sults.(4) More than 10 formats of report, such as income report, workload, management report etc. canbe created. DMSCL is a part of hospital management modernization, thus both the administrators ofthe hospital and the clinical staff should be familiar wivt its application.
