能量多普勒显像定量评价兔肾炎症组织靶向造影实验研究

摘    要:目的用能量多普勒显像(PDI)定量评价免缺血再灌注损伤肾靶向造影效果。 方法将自制活性白细胞靶向造影剂和普通造影剂对兔缺血再灌注损伤肾行超声造影,采集造影前及造影后15min PDI图,用国产DFY型超声图像定量分析诊断仪对肾彩色与总面积比(CP/TP值)及彩色强度(CI值)进行定量分析,并与肾组织髓过氧化物酶活性作相关性分析。 结果造影后15min,靶向组CP/TP值及CI值显著大于普通组(P均<0.001),且与反映肾组织炎症程度的髓过氧化物酶活性有良好相关性(P<0.05,r=0.842和r=0.823)。 结论PDI可定量评价免缺血再灌注损伤肾靶向造影的增强效果。

Abstract:Objective To quantitatively assess the enhancement effect of renal ischemia-reperfusion(I-R)of rabbits using power Doppler imaging(PDI).Methods Images of PDI were obtained from rabbits undergoing renal I-R injury before the self-made contrast agent targeted to activated leukocytes and ordinary contrast agent injection and after the agents injection 15 minutes.The proportion of color pixel in total pixels(CP/TP)and the color intensity(CI)were quantitatively analysed with quantitative analysis system,DFY.Relations between the CP/TP and mean tissue myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity and between the CI and mean tissue MPO activity were made.Results The CP/TP and CI after the targeted contrast agent injection 15 minutes were more than those after the ordinary contrast agent injection 15 minutes(both P<0.001).Excellent relationships were found between the CP/TP and the degree of renal inflammation,assessed by tissue MPO activity(P<0.05,r=0.842)and between the CI and tissue MPO activity(P<0.05,r=0.823).Conclusions PDI can quantitatively evaluate the enhancement effect of the contrast imaging of rabbits undergoing renal I-R injury using the self-made targeted ultrasound contrast agent.
