| 摘 要： | 医院信息系统作为一种先进的管理工具，已经得到了医疗机构的普遍认可；但在实际应用中，由于跟不上医院外部不断变化的政策需求和内部不断增长的信息化管理需求，导致无法满足新形势下控制和降低病人医疗费用的需要。基于此，探讨了在财务监管和经济核算方面如何不断完善和改进医院信息系统，以最大限度地满足医院的经济管理要求。

| Abstract: | The The hospital information system, as an advanced management tool, has received the common recognition of medical institutions. However, in the practical application, because it could not follow up hospital＇ s constant changing of external policy requirement and continuous increase of internal informatization management requirement, it results in failing to meet with the demand of controlling and reducing patient＇ s medical charges in the new situation. Based on it, it discusses how to persistently perfect and improve the hospital information system in financial supervision and economic accounting, so as to satisfy the hospital＇ s economic management requirement maximally. |
