| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨T细胞亚群对结核性和癌性胸腔积液的鉴别诊断意义。方法 采用碱性磷酸酶抗磷酸酶 (APAAP)法测定结核性和癌性胸腔积液患者外周血及胸腔积液中T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 结核性胸腔积液及外周血CD3、CD4T淋巴细胞亚群体均高于癌性胸腔积液组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,且癌性胸腔积液CD4/CD8比例倒置。结论 T淋巴细胞亚群的测定有助于结核性与癌性胸腔积液的鉴别诊断

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of T lymphocyte sub-populations determination in differentiation of tubercular and carcinomatous pleural effusion. Methods T lymphocyte sub-populations in both pleural effusion and serum were determined by APAAP method in patients with tubercular or carcinomatous pleurisy. Results The CD 3 , CD 4 T lymphocyte populations of tubercular group were higher than that of carcinomatous group both in pleural effusion and blood, and the CD 4 /CD 8 ratio was converted in carcinomatous effusion. Conclusion Determination of T lymphocyte sub-populations is help for the differentiation of tubercular and carcinomatous pleural effusion. |
