虎杖与前列腺素E1治疗缺氧性肺动脉高压的疗效比较

摘    要:目的 比较虎杖与前列腺素E1在缺氧性肺动脉高压动物的治疗中 ,对血流动力学和血气分析的作用。方法 测定缺氧性肺动脉高压的小猪静脉注射虎杖注射液前后的血流动力学和血气分析的变化 ,与用前列腺素E1治疗作比较。结果 用虎杖后 ,肺动脉压与用药前比较有显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,心搏指数增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血气分析及血压与用药前比较变化无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。与前列腺素E1组各项指标比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 虎杖与前列腺素E1均可明显降低缺氧引起的肺动脉高压 ,增加心输出量。

Abstract:Objective To Compare the effectiveness of Poligonum Cuspidatum Siebet Zucc and prostaglandin E 1 on hemodynamics and blood gas analysis in animals with acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. Methods Hemodynamic indices and blood gas analysis were determined before and after injecting Poligonum Cuspidatum Siebet Zucc in experimental pigs(PCSZ group). While the same indices were determined in Prostaglandin E 1 group. Results After injecting intravenously PCSZ the mean value of pulmonary artery pressure decreased significantly as compared with that piror to injection of PCSZ ( P < 0.01); Cardiac Index was increased ( P < 0.05). Blood gas analysis and blood pressure were not different before and after injecting PCSZ ( P > 0.05). There were no differences in all the indices between Poligonum Cuspidatum group and Prostaglandin E 1 group ( P > 0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that Poligonum Cuspidatum have the same efficacy as prostaglandin E 1 , which can significantly decline the pulmonary artery pressure and increase the cardiac output in animals with acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
