| 摘 要： | 本文报告以119例干骺端早期X线改变的大骨节病儿童为对象,观察比较硒和维生素C治疗效果,表明硒的总有效率达80％,与维生素C组和对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.01)。维生素C组,虽有一定疗效,但与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。疗效与时间长短、发硒含量关系密切。硒盐是当前补硒防治大骨节病的理想方法。

| Abstract: | An experimental study on the therapeutic effects of selenite and vitamin C therapy on Kaschin-Beck disease in 119 cases of children with early metaphyseal changes by X-ray examination was undertaken. Results showed that the general cure rate of seleniferous salt attained 80%, significantly higher than that of vitamin C administration alone and the control group (P<0.01). Vitamin C therapy seemed to be somehow effective, however, it was not differed from that of the control group statistically (P>0.05). The therapeutic effects were closely associated with the course of disease and the hair selenium contents. It suggested that the supplementation of seleniferous salt be the most effective and feasible measure to control Kaschin-Beck disease at the moment. |
